Solution Design: Given only 30 days to reengineer our warehouse to meet their requirements, we successfully reconfigured a portion of the warehouse to support the customer’s small parcel in/out operation. This involved doubling our picking locations, facilitating faster order processing and fulfillment.

Integration: To ensure a smooth transition and effective operations, we hired key staff from their warehouse to join the Dependable family. This strategic move leveraged their existing knowledge while integrating it with our operational expertise. Cross-training initiatives further maximized the collective knowledge and efficiency of our combined teams.
