Ron’s responsibility is to ensure the steady growth and profitability of Dependable Supply Chain Services. Ron earned his B.S. with a specialty in Transportation from UCLA after which he joined his father at Dependable Trucking, then a local delivery service with eight trucks. He worked his way through the sales, operations, and administrative departments, and within four years, took over as President. Under Ron’s direction, Dependable acquired 30 companies and expanded operations both domestically and internationally, establishing Dependable Supply Chain Services as the full-service logistics provider it is today.
Bob Massman
Vice President
Robert (Bob) M. Massman is Vice President of Dependable Supply Chain Services. Bob’s 37 years of experience with Dependable Supply Chain Services began as a dockworker at age 18, then a truck driver, a dispatcher, and an account executive prior to making the transition to Vice President. This experiential background provides him with the unique and rare expertise that comes from understanding the transportation business from the ground up. Bob is involved in political advocacy for Dependable Supply Chain Services and keeps up with changing industry regulations that affect our business. He also frequently travels to all our terminals in order to address driver concerns. In addition, Bob is very involved in the CTA (California Trucking Association).
Michael Dougan
Chief Financial Officer
Mike is responsible for finance and corporate administration such as insurance, human resources and IT for Dependable. Mike received his BS in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University and upon graduation worked for a “Big 8” Public Accounting Firm and then in an operational/financial position with a Fortune 500 Public Company.Mike joined Dependable in 1989 first as Controller then became CFO for Dependable in 1993.Mike has assisted Dependable to develop sophisticated systems to meet requirements in an ever more complex transportation environment.
Kane McEwen
President, DHX and DGX
Kane has been with the company for over 19 years, the past 2 years as President and nine years prior as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations for seven years and Terminal Manager of DHX’s Honolulu Terminal. A proud Wildcat and Alumnus of the University of Arizona, Kane started in transportation with Roadway Express, Inc. and Daylight Transport. As the Terminal Manager at Daylight Transport, Kane began his relationship with Ron Massman and DHX-Dependable Hawaiian Express. Kane has experience in all areas of the transportation industry, including ocean freight, trucking, rail, air, and warehousing and distribution. He has been providing guidance in the most diversified and cost-efficient way depending on the customer’s needs and expectations for almost 30 years.

Todd Neubauer
SVP, Domestic Transportation
With over 25 years of industry experience, Todd Neubauer brings a wealth of knowledge to Dependable Supply Chain Services’ transportation division. Having held leadership roles at top logistics companies such as Old Dominion, XPO, and NFI Industries, Todd has honed his expertise in LTL, truckload, brokerage and drayage operations. His hands-on experience in managing terminal operations, sales, and large-scale logistics solutions for both national and global customers has positioned him as a leader in delivering efficient transportation solutions. Todd’s strategic approach and operational skills are key to supporting the growth and success of Dependable’s 3PL, truckload, and drayage services, ensuring seamless and reliable solutions for clients across the supply chain.
Eva Beaumont
VP, Marketing and Communications
As VP of Marketing at Dependable Supply Chain Services, Eva leads strategic marketing efforts to drive growth and enhance brand presence. Since joining in 2023, Eva has been instrumental in developing impactful campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating with teams to ensure our marketing and communications align with business objectives and sales strategies.
Previously, as the Global Director of Marketing at Mainfreight Group, Eva managed multiple brands and teams globally, driving impactful results. Before entering the logistics industry in 2014, she spent over seven years across various roles within marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams, shaping a comprehensive marketing foundation in her background.
Eva holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and Spanish Studies.
