As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth across our trucking and brokerage operations.
Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to close. You’ll work closely with our pricing and operations teams to ensure our customers receive timely, competitive, and reliable service.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead generation.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
- Prepare and present rate quotes and RFPs for truckload, LTL, drayage, and brokerage opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms to secure profitable freight.
- Collaborate with dispatch, carrier sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of loads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of inside sales experience in trucking, freight brokerage, and logistics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to prospect new business, grow and manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and TMS platforms.
