Dependable Supply Chain Services’ LTL Transportation Division Acquired by Knight-Swift Transportation

We are excited to announce that Dependable Supply Chain Services (DSCS) has sold our DHE LTL transportation division to Knight-Swift Transportation (KNX), a market leader in the Transportation sector. Knight-Swift Transportation approached us specifically because of our exceptional operations, safety standards, and culture, reflecting the excellence the Dependable brand consistently upholds.
This transaction marks a significant moment for Dependable. This highly successful LTL operation, which over 74 years has grown from a one-truck owner operator to a core pillar of DSCS’ transportation services. This group, known as DHE Transportation will now become a part of the AAA Cooper LTL Division of KNX which is gearing up to become the next great National LTL Brand.
As we embark on this new chapter, we remain committed to delivering top-notch service across our Warehousing, Truckload, Harbor Drayage, Consulting & Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, and Air & Ocean divisions.
