Our Indiana facility launched in partnership with a specific customer whose growth required a dedicated, high-capacity solution in the Midwest. This collaboration perfectly captures what we’re all about at Dependable: building strategic partnerships that evolve with our clients’ needs.

  • 457,000 square feet of modern warehouse space 
  • 26,000 pallet positions for maximum storage flexibility 
  • 80 dock doors to handle serious volume 
  • Capacity for 80–100 team members selected specifically for high-volume expertise 

The operational design sets this facility apart. We’ve created a semi-automated operation that seamlessly handles both direct-to-consumer fulfillment (70% of operations) and retail distribution (30% of operations). Whether our customers need pick-to-order precision, batch picking efficiency, or complex kitting capabilities, this facility delivers.

Indianapolis is the perfect example of why location matters in distribution. With this new facility, we’re positioned at the center of it all, with proximity to major interstates, intermodal hubs, and a nearby FedEx hub that enhances both parcel and LTL distribution options.

The Indiana facility represents a major milestone in our strategic growth plan. We’re currently in Year 3 of a 5-year expansion strategy, and our warehousing footprint is now nearing 5 million square feet, almost double what it was when we started this journey.

While unusual in our industry, this crucial buffer allows us to absorb market shifts, accommodate customer growth spurts, and maintain service levels even during peak seasons when space becomes a high-value commodity.
