When you use Online Rate Quote form to get quote for your shipment, you understand that they are online estimates and are based on the information that you have provided. Discount percent will be based on the debtor’s actual contracted rate with Dependable Logistics Services. Estimates on freight charges are furnished as a convenience to the shipping public and represent nothing more than an approximation of freight charges, which is not binding either on the carrier or the shipper. All transportation charges on a shipment are subject to and will be assessed on the basis of the published Dependable Logistics Services Rules Tariff 200 provisions legally in effect at the same time of the shipment, as applicable to the actual weight, commodities shipped, transportation, and related services performed in connection therewith.
